One of my all time favorite workouts is mat Pilates, perhaps because it takes me back to the days of dancing and how we would warm up before class! I like to do the below when I’m looking for a light stretch and core workout and often do this right when I wake up in the morning. Preform each exercise below with 10-12 reps one time through from start to finish. Feel free to do 2-3 rounds.
