Life can get super busy at times and it may leave us with only a few minutes to spare to get in a workout.  Working in the corporate world, I sit at a desk most of the day and this doesn’t do our core any good.  Have low back pain from sitting all day? It may actually be because of weak ab muscles.  The below exercise will help strengthen your core, can be done at home with just a chair and works well if you’re short on time.
